Rent a camper car from here and discover Okinawa. Super easy and comes with everything you need for camping (cooking equipment, gas stove, blankets, sleeping mats), and you can add on items like chairs & bonfire pits for a small extra charge. Be careful with luggage, the Suzuki Jimny rooftop camper was perfect for 2 of us but we did have to leave 1 of our pieces of luggage at the rental store while we were on our trip which was free of charge.
